We analysed 111,985 components: licences, frameworks and duplicates

What a catalogue of 111,985 components from 1,472 libraries really holds: frameworks, licences, duplicates and the limits of counting records instead of stars.

Key points

  • 111,985 components and 1,472 libraries: the catalogue measures indexed records, not quality.
  • Licences must be read one record at a time: the catalogue mixes MIT, Apache, ISC and custom terms.
  • React is the majority, but Vue, Angular, Svelte, CSS and SVG exist and need separate treatment.

A component catalogue is only useful when you know what it counts. EneUI now indexes 111,985 components from 1,472 libraries, plus 1,556 blocks and 12,808 icons. The figure was measured on 31 October 2026 and comes from the vault, not from a marketing page.

Method

Every record starts from a repository or a public registry. The catalogue keeps the name, library, framework, licence, files, dependencies and categories. It does not ship the whole codebase to the public page: for Pro components the source stays protected on the server.

Framework: React leads

React dominates the catalogue. The rest is spread across Vue, Angular, Svelte, CSS and SVG. So a search for a React UI library can't be compared with a search for a Vue component library on the same number: they are different sets.

SizeMeasureWhat it means
Components111,985Indexed records, not lines of code
Libraries1,472Sources with at least one component
Blocks1,556registry:block sections
Icons12,808SVG records

Licences: the figure is per record

The same catalogue mixes MIT, Apache-2.0, ISC and custom licences. There is no single catalogue licence: each record carries the licence declared upstream. If a page doesn't show it, that catalogue isn't ready for a team.

Duplicates: the name isn't the problem

The same component can live in several libraries under the same name with different implementations. The catalogue uses an id that includes the library, so two records never collapse into one. The useful question is "which version is right?", not "how many unique names are there?".

What to do with it

  • Use the catalogue to discover, not to decide alone.
  • Check the licence and the dependencies on the record you install.
  • Treat the numbers as dated measurements, not eternal properties.
  • If you publish a comparison, state the method and the date.

Frequently asked questions

How many components are on EneUI?

111,985 components from 1,472 libraries, measured on 31 October 2026.

Does the number include duplicates?

No. Every record has an id that includes the library, so the same name in two libraries stays two separate records.

Which framework is the most common?

React is the majority of the catalogue; Vue, Angular, Svelte, CSS and SVG are smaller, separate sets.

Is one licence valid for the whole catalogue?

No. Every record keeps the licence declared upstream, and you must check it before commercial use.

Can I download the data?

Public pages show the counts. For bulk use, go through the API or the MCP server and respect the rate limits.
