A two-team score counter with increment/decrement buttons and a pulse animation when a score changes, for games, matches or quick tally tracking.

## Install

```bash

The registry endpoints are token-gated (create a free account in the app, then copy the registry token). The raw source is also readable at `/api/registry/<library>/<name>.json`.
